Hi all, I'm new here and at the moment I'm really in the lowest valley. I have a problem with my face skin. I don't know what I should use anymore. I eat healthy but nothing different. I give up. i really don't know what product I should use, what food I should eat, what thing I should do. I feel so ugly. I asked God, pray of what product I should use. But, how do I know what his answer? I really cannot hear what his answer. What I should do? I want peace and the joy in my heart.

So you have acne? Many people have had success with things containing Benzoyl peroxide, but it also bleaches your skin. I personally like things containing salicylic acid. Bottom line is, if it really bothers you, you should visit a dermatologist. But ultimately what your character is like is more important than whether or not you have acne.

First, let me say that God thinks you are beautiful regardless of what your skin looks like. And a lot of times we think it's worse than it usually is (I'm not saying that's your case). I used to have acne pretty bad and I still have it a little bit. I agree with the previous poster that products with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid work the best. Wash your face morning and night and try to keep your hands off of your face (that was part of my problem). If it doesn't clear up and it really bothers you you can talk to a dermatologist for other options.

Once I had problems with my skin too. I turned out as a beatiful butterfly. But it took some years until the problems were gone. Maybe you should use the time and learn to be modest. That is what I learned. It shaped my way of thinking positively. So don't be sad about it. It has its sense.
