Which injection hurts you the most? If choosing "other", please specify which one it is, as I'm not familiar with all of the immunizations available.
Also, are you up to date on your immunizations? Why or why not?

BTW, I'm getting my flu and pneumonia shots today, if it's God's will. I've had a tetanus shot already this year and I'm not sure which other immunizations I need updated.

Penicillin hurts the most, because it's thick. But it looks like you're talking about vaccines, so I have to vote tetanus. In fact, I have such bad reaction to tetanus boosters that my medical records indicate I should only get tetanus shots when absolutely needed--like when I actually get injured. No boosters for me anymore!

I haven't had any problems with painful injections.
Now your arm might ache after you get a flu shot but it goes away.

I put other because if you are getting an injection of something cold like an antibiotic, it is really thick and hurts going in. You can even feel the lump where it is until it does whatever that stuff does when it warms up in your body.

I am such a wimp about getting shots I ask for infant needles lol.I am very afraid of needles.

None of the options fit me, so I won't be voting.
It's not that I "don't believe in immunizations" per se; it's just that it's not something I personally do.
In fact, it's been over 40 years since I've been immunized against anything.

I haven't had any shots in years up until last month when I got the flu shot. OUCH my arm swelled and itched for DAYS.

I had my flu and pneumonia shot on Monday, (or was it Tuesday?). I received the flu shot in my left arm and it didn't hurt much. My right arm, where I received the pneumonia shot, was a different story however. IT HURT LIKE (tos)! I felt like I'd been in a fistfight. I had to put ice packs on it and take more tylenol than I usually do. It's better today, though.

If I remember correctly, it was the Tetanus shot that gave me a goose egg on my arm!! THAT was painful, and it lasted for days.
I was also required to have Hepatitis A and a series of Hepatitis B shots a few years ago at the same time.
The only thing I'm lacking is Pneumonia and this years' flu shot.

I just got a flu shot a few weeks ago and didn't feel a thing when getting the shot. My arm was just slightly sore the next day.
I can't remember what the others felt like but from what I have heard getting shots for being exposed to rabies is extremely painful.

I'll take ANY injection over having blood drawn. That's by far the worse needle experience for me!

A very strong antibiotic for an earache ... i fainted right there in the lobby just a few minutes after getting it. 
The stick itself wasn't SO bad, but the hit of the drug literally knocked me off my feet.
