What is the best diet plan for someone looking to take their workout to the next level.

Also, any good websites for fitness out there?

It depends on what you mean by diet. Diets are not one size fits all.

Try sparkpeople.com, the dailyplate or another similar site.

Those websites can give you info on general fitness, but if you need advice on something sport specific than you'll need to go a website specific to your sport.

Can you be more specific on what you want to accomplish?

The "next level" depends on what your current level is, though. If you've worked out intensely for a while and really want to get serious, or just learn a lot, I like figureathlete.com (women only) or t-nation.com. If the whole bodybuilding thing is foreign to you (or further than you really want to go), IMO, Body for Life by Bill Phillips (bodyforlife.com) is a tremendous program!

dont plan for a diet, plan for a lifestyle change. dont starve because that causes ur body to conserve.

for the last 2 months i stopped eating fast food, stopped eating after 8 pm and i jog 3 times a week. i lost 10 lbs and i got about 15 more to lose.
