Dear Heavenly Father,
I struggle sometimes with what I want and surrendering to your will. That is a struggle for me today, and I'm truly sorry, I just badly want this prayer to be answered a certain way and it may not even be for the best, but I still can't seem to help the desire of my heart. Please help my desires to be as yours. Use this situation for your glory and make it a sight to behold and a matter that many would look on and say just like the song, the old rugged cross made the difference. I thank you for struggles Lord, because that is what makes us strong, just like the butterfly when it tries to get out of the cocoon. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Father,
No matter how hard it seems at the time, I want Your will, not mine.
I need to pray about my friend and a special adoption and Your Will for that whole situation.
She and her husband have 2 children and a Christian household, all are believers.
This dear lady has been praying for a little girl for years and was blessed with Lily Ann whose mother did not want her.
My dear friend brought home Lily Ann and kept her 3 days and then the birth mother started having 2nd thoughts & the child was removed from my friend's home and put in foster care until it is resolved.
Father, PLEASE, help the birth mother remember why she wanted a Christian family to adopt her baby.
IF it is YOUR WILL, Lord, please let my friend and her wonderful family have this special child Lily Ann.
If it is not Your will, then please comfort and lift up this heartbroken couple and family who have already come to love Lily Ann.
Surround them with Your Love and keep them in Your Tender Care.
THY WILL, Lord, not mine, not my friend's, but YOUR WILL be done.
Be with Lily Ann and regardless of where she lives and grows up, let her come to Jesus and always serve Him.

Lord,
Help me to know your will, God I want to know your will, God I am eager to carry out your will, but please reveal it to me. God I know that You know whats best for my life, may I never live life on my own will. Lord, Help me to depend on you, increase my faith and trust in you. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2
Father, help me not to be deceived by this world; please, LORD, through Your word and love, transform and renew my mind that I may be able to discern and follow Your Will. I pray in the name of Your Son, our Lord Jesus; to GOD be the glory. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,
Your will be done here on earth. Be with us who love you and want to serve you and strengthen us in the days ahead for whatever may come.
Touch our lives and help us to be the light we need to be to a dark world. Father, your will be done in my life and the lives of my children. When it comes to the children you lent to us, it's so hard not to try to run ahead of you and fix things for them, but it isn't always the best thing to do. Father, help me to have wisdom to step back and to let you have your way in their lives, especially with the baby of the family who isn't really a baby anymore to anyone else but me. Thank you for both of them, bless their lives and help them to find your will for their life which will bring glory and honor to your precious name, and when they find it, help them to know for sure this is the way you would have them to go. In Jesus Name I pray, amen.

Thank you for this new day and all that it could bring, may your will be done in this world and in our lives. Forgive me for the times I've not done what you would have me to do and for the times when I've hurt you by doing what you have asked me not to do. I confess to you that I don't even know how to pray for what I ought to pray for and seek your will in my prayer life that it may be strong and pleasing to you. In Jesus name I pray, amen.

I pray that you will would be done in my daughter's life. You sure knew what you were doing when you sent her into my life, she's been such a blessing and I thank you so much for her. She's on the brink of her own and I pray you would guide her choices, open only the doors she should go through and close the rest.
