{{{{{SOLO}}}}} I didn't know your health problems were that extensive. I don't know what you have. I have some ideas, but not willing to speculate. I do hope you can find some relief from whatever it is you are suffering from. Obviously what you have is a big part of your life. I do hope and pray that you find some relief and some peace. BTW, what did you ever do about school? I know you were pretty far along. Did you finish?

Thank for the hugs. I don't expect replies (or feeling that anyone has to reply); I just don't have anyone offline to talk to about anything. (All my friends talk about guys and going out to eat. Lol.)

Rainbow...after two surgeries in college and struggling to get that disability accommodation, I finally finished a year late. I did have to drop out because one of my sugeries went wrong and it took forever for me to heal (I'm still not healed, but they said I'm as healed as I'm going to get), but I went back the next semester. Of course, I graduated into joblessness , but I'm working on grad school applications.

Mike, is counseling directly for lack of sleep/restlessness, or is it for underlying stuff that might be contributing? (I've just never heard of sleep counseling, but it sounds interesting.)

It is like 1:36 in the morning and not only have I put a coat of primer on my bathroom, but I am here posting. Once again, even after sleep meds and a bit of benedryl to help them along, here I am. Pretty soon, I will be able to put a coat of paint over my walls. I don't know how I am going to get through the day.

Wow! At this moment, there's 9,874 guests reading the forums right now!

Anyway, I'm feeling a little run down and tired, due to my cold. I think that they need to invent an automatic nose wiper!

Sol- Did you go to school at CTU online? Your face and story are familiars. I graduated from there last year.

I think this is my seventh cold in eight months. I'm going to invest in stock in Puffs Plus!

My neighbor's granddaughter moved here from Sacramento about a month ago. She says that she has had a constant runny nose since moving here.

This runny nose and cold are getting to me. It's so bad, brewing coffee sometimes smells like a certain substance found in the back of a diaper.

I'm doing okay mental health wise.

yes, and you and I were up together. I ended up painting my bathroom for the rest of the night. I was ok yesterday, but today I am feeling the lack of sleep. But my bathroom looks pretty.

Um, I dunno? I went to some online "professional" school, but it was years ago and I forgot the name of it. I don't even think they exist anymore, and I'd forgotten about it. (It was maybe '02-'04; I didn't finish because I'd started college and needed all my time for that.)

Today is just dragging. I bowl on a league and won't be here next week, so after we were done, I Pre-bowled which was a mistake with my back. Tonight I was asked to sub on another league which is fine, but the drive itself is 20 minutes, they play 5 on 5 and take forever. I really don't want to, but I said I would so I kind of have to. I know I should get out and be around people, but I think I have had enough of people today.

Last night, I couldn't sleep and so I took benedryl and Ambien. It only took an hour to fall asleep, so I guess it worked. The pharmacist said that if I took it with benedryl, not only would it knock me out, but I would feel like I had a hangover this morning. Good thing that didn't happen. I woke up fine today.

Tracy, I'm sorry your back isn't doing well.

I'm feeling out of sorts--maybe because I haven't had much sleep in the last 26 hours.

My back is sometimes my best friend and sometimes my worst enemy. But I should know my limits and stop when it tells me to.

Hi Everyone! My back has been bothering me for weeks now. Today was the first day that seemed fairly normal. I am so glad that tomorrow is Friday (now today) too!

I've been in counseling for over 5 years now. The sleep thing started around Thanksgiving weekend after an incident at work. My sleep pattern hasn't been quite normal since.

Traveling is kind of hard on me right now. If I ever get through this, I have invites to go to CA, MN, TN, SC, FL, IL, NC, PA and TX. Since dd is in school, we'd have to do those trips in the summer. Most of those places do not sound appealing in the summer. Although, I'm thinking Houston for spring break might be nice. I'm not exactly sure when spring break is, but I probably still won't be up for much traveling.

Doing better so far today. How is everyone else?

I am not to fond of thinking about change--but once it happens I am ok. It's that anxiety thing.
